As a Real-Time Adherence Specialist,  you will play a critical role in ensuring that our call center operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage real-time adherence to schedules, ensuring that staffing levels and employee performance meet our service standards and operational goals.

In this position, you will use various tools and systems to track real-time metrics, address any deviations from scheduled activities, and implement corrective actions as needed. You will work closely with call center agents, team leaders, and management to optimize productivity, improve service levels, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
